Small Run Photobook

I've been asked to make a coffee table book so I'm trying to get a rough idea of the costs. I haven't had one made before and usually deliver my work digitally for clients so what are some good sites especially for say a run of just 5-15 books?

Also do any of the printers give a discount for purely B&W printing?

That looks pretty interesting, I'd have to cut down from 50 to 35 images to hit the price point... though it might be worth it

For me it's hard to beat the convenience of laying out books within Lightroom using the Book tab, and then uploading to Blurb with a single button click. The ability to tweak your raw files as you lay out your book simply cannot be beat. Plus you get a link to an electronic preview of the book that you can send to your customer for review.

I agree with Kdog. Lightroom will let you lay it out and one click to Blurb and you are done. Super easy.
