Where has the "Download All" button gone?

My clients usually have the option of downloading all the images in their gallery. Suddenly the "Download All" button is not appearing - my client is mad. Please help!

It's not allowing enough room to display the download icon.
The body width is also set to 750 so it's too narrow to display.
