"Tips" pop-up window - how do I disable?

When viewing my gallery recently I clicked on the "Help" button. Now every time I open my gallery the "tips" window pops up. It's rather annoying. How do I disable this?

Are you talking about the blue help guides? Just complete through them and they should go away.
