Many pics do not load for some reason on iPhone Smug App.
Irritating as most family tune in there. What's up with that.

I don't have a real answer for you & don't own an iPhone, but I'm guessing you'll need to provide some much more specific info & detail about your exact issue in order for someone to be of help. Perhaps give your phone model, whether you're just trying to view your galleries online through the app, or whether you're actually trying to download them to the devide for offline viewing, etc. Also let us know whether you & family are all trying to view "public" content or unlisted galleries, etc. etc. It's just hard for people to help if they don't know your specific problem. (You can also email support for possible quicker resolution.) Good luck!

As WinsomeWorks mentioned, could you provide us with some more details about what's going on? Which galleries and what do you mean "do not load"? They show up as thumbnails but won't load full resolution? They don't even show up as thumbnails? It may be best to contact the Support Heroes directly at help@smugmug.com
