Video upload

I have a very small 7 meg video that's taking forever to process. Whats' the holdup?

Actually it is an mp4 uploaded. Why does it need any processing?

    Nothing seems to be processing. Have a bunch of thumbnail crops in process also and nothing is happening.

    Have they processed now? With the PictureLife migration we've been finding a rare PictureLife customer with a large amount of photos/videos can slow the processing queue, though we've taken a number of steps to ensure this is minimized. I checked the processing queue and it looks pretty much empty so I'm hoping your photos/videos finished?

    I noticed the next morning they finish after midnight. I did mention to the lady uploading that the cue might be full.
    It also took a long time to process square thumbs but they finally finished.
