This was parked in a diner's parking lot making any foto with a good background difficult. This is the only one I liked.

Wow, in great shape for how old it is....also must be ahead of its time as doesn't appear that old in design.....

Pure nostalgia! Sometime at about age 12 I learned to drive with our beat up old 49 Chevy pickup (on the farm we learned to drive at a young age). It's name was Tootles, 'cause tootle along was about all it could do!

A nice capture. Your low point of view really helps accentuate the lines of this beautiful old truck. It's cool that the owner went with period correct, wide white wall tires.

Nice shot, willard3. You can understand the frustrations I experience all the time in shooting car shows.

Gladly, this old truck seems to have been restored to original condition...as opposed to a current trend of retro-modding. Under that approach, this old beauty would have been subjected to some custom body work, fitted with a modern high performance motor, and given a modern suspension.

I always wanted to lie naked on a bearskin rug in front of a fireplace. Cracker Barrel didn't take kindly to it.
