Digger Wasp on Leek Flowers

I think this is an Ectemnius. if so, possibly E. sexcinctus but I really struggle with naming these black & yellow wasps. I spent quite a lot of time, on several days, trying to capture good images of these. The first two were on 13 July and the other three on 18 July.
