tax exempt customers

I have a potential customer who is interested in ordering some prints, but the company (hospital) she is ordering for has tax exempt status. How do I address this so they are not charged ANY taxes when they place an order, including taxes on S&H charges?

That is a total can of worms. On top of federal rules, most states also have their own way of handling things. You really need to speak to an accountant about getting the right paperwork from the hospital that you'll need.
