Fly & a poorly larva?

I was trying to photograph this greenbottle fly - then I spotted a rather late-to-appear ladybird larva, but on closer inspection, it looks like it has a problem on its head - not sure if a parasite has got to it...

    It looks like the fungus is growing through the tracheae of the head. I don't know which fungus it is but Laboulbeniales fungus infects 10 Orders of insects.
