Unbeknownst to me at the time, there is a type of moshing now that involves kicking and throwing fists around. Not at others, just in general. I actually took a fall for my art on this night. Not from this guy, lol. It was worth it. Great shots.

    Good action there and interesting scene. If they were mine, I'd try to brighten them up a bit--dim lighting has a certain mood in color but in B&W things can turn muddy. Just a thought.

    point taken. i will give it a try, but i don't do a lot post-processing and i like them a little gloomy. the space is actually really dark, but my speedlight bounces off the low white ceiling in there and creates a light that i like a lot.
