Ads Displaying on DGrin?

You forgot to mention the addition of beautiful ads on dgrin:

A new addition appeared today - ads. There is now an ad at the beginning of each thread as well as an ad at the bottom of the first post in the thread.

If I placed photos in the first post I want the viewers eyes on my photos - not on an ad.

Can these be removed?

There should be no ads on dgrin. Smugmug has always been ad free and dgrin is the same. I'm not sure why you're seeing ads. I'll dive in.

P.S: I'm going to pull these 3 posts out into their own thread in the DGrin support forum.

I'm not seeing any (so far). AFAIK, there shouldn't be any. Adblock isn't blocking anything on Dgrin. Browser hijacking?

At the moment, we have no idea why this is happening, but leftquark assures us it isn't by design. It also isn't affecting everyone--I don't see any. We will certainly try to figure it out and fix it.

Ads should no longer be displayed on DGrin. Not sure how that happened but our ops team will be looking into it. SmugMug has always been Ad-Free and DGrin is meant to be the same way.
