Help not loading, need US phone and EU address

Smugmug help pages aren't loading, and I'm trying to update my billing information. I need to add an EU (DE) address and a U.S. telephone number, and that is too complicated for the default form.....Can I do this?

    The help pages should be online and our Support Heroes are always available, 24/7/365 at help@smugmug.com. Make sure to email them from the e-mail address on file with your Account.

    When you say "that is too complicated for the default form", what do you mean?

    thanks, the pages for support and contact a hero just cycle without loading.

    When I enter my DE address, and try to enter a U.S. phone number, I get an error message asking me to use the 'correct country code' in the telephone number. I have retained a U.S. phone number (google voice number, actually), and would like to use that as my contact number.

    Yes, the address and phone number countries have to match for our system to accept them. Please email us at help@smugmug.com from the email address on file for your account and we check to see if there's a way to work around that for you.
