im not understanding for some reason how to upload to this site,,now saying file to large,,how do i export out of lightroom to here? thank you

Most people here link to pics hosted somewhere rather than attaching them. Attachments are severely limited in size (146 kB for jpg) and you can only include one attachment per post.
