This is a common species in UK deciduous woodland. It gets is name from tiny reflective surfaces which look a bit like mica mineral.

EM-1, Olympus 4/350mm f2 macro, 1/10 & 1/13 second at f16, ISO 400, aperture priority, hand-held.

The stereo is crosseye.
