Coupons Question??

Hello. I am new to the group. Just upgraded to business portfolio and would like to use coupon feature. From what I read it appears that I can only give the same client ONE coupon for a single gallery. Is this indeed the case?
I would like to offer a credit for a gallery download. As well as a coupon, for two 16x20 prints. Can I NOT do both?

You don't need a coupon to give your customer a free gallery download. See the help page How do I download all images in a gallery?. That will show you how to set up gallery download with or without a password.

As far as the coupons go, there is nothing to stop you from creating two different coupons and giving both to the same person. You can set each coupon with a maximum uses to limit the number of times it can be used.

You can restrict coupons to a single gallery, and you can restrict the number of times a coupon can be used.

But are you asking about a coupon or about a free download? If you're asking about a free download you would need to make the images in the gallery available to be downloaded and I don't know any way to restrict that to a single photo download. Please keep in mind that you can create as any coupons as you wish for your customers but only one can be used in the shopping cart per order.
