The words "Photo#:" are next to each of my galleries.... um why?

For some reason the word "Photo#:" is next to each one of my galleries on my gallery page. The galleries are in a single folder.

I've never seen this before and I have looked at every setting and can't figure out how to remove this issue. I've used SM for years and have never seen this. It showed up today for some reason.

Any ideas?
