It was pure luck that I saw an announcement for the Massachusetts Orchid Society annual show and sale. I headed to the show yesterday with my camera.

I'm amazed at the variety and the complex beauty of orchids.

Thanks for your comments! I love hearing the different favorites - the flowers are all so different.

The orchid that posed for #1 was really special. I loved the color, the shape, and the spray of flowers - so of course I needed to (try to) capture it!
