I really like these. I like the closeness of the 2nd image but I wish I could see the entire reflection.

I agree about the closeness, but I think it is the asymmetry in size and illumination that draws the eye into the second image. The first image has the reflection but loses the draw.

Cracking little location this. 20yds from the road, yet if nobody told you it was there you'd probably drive straight past. The quarry is now used as a Scuba Diving Centre! Very deep and clear Lake.
