Wrecked my site - Please help me undo....

Hello - Not realizing what I was really doing (that never goes well), I made a few changes to my site. I changed the theme and after this virtually all the galleries lost their 'Feature Image' so when you view them all at once it's just a generic icon of a empty gallery or the like, and not any of the pictures that might be sitting in that gallery. Is there an easy way to undo this?
