My personal thought is that the curve of the shore and the curve of the tree keeps me pulled into the center. A small crop off of the left side might make a stronger comp, but I think you need some sky on the left to make the silhouette work (imho). Maybe crop to the edge of the rounded shaped tree coming out of the left side.
I don't know where I'm going, but I'm going anyway.

David, I don't mind, thanks for taking the time. I'm of the opinion that anything online without a watermark or copyright mark is public domain. But I couldn't really "see" it with just that yellow outline. So how's this?
