Blue Bar at Footer of Every Photo is Distracting??

Am I the only one who HATES the Blue Bar at the bottom of every image. It takes 5 seconds for the Bar to go away and The File Name is completely hidden unless you manually "Pop it up". I swear, there has to be a simple fix to this.... like maybe a "Window Border" to view the photos from??

To me, there seems to be no good reason why the bar has to cover up the base of my photo ... Any plans for a Fix for this?

You can add a css block to 'all galleries' and this code should hide it.
