    Yes, nice light - I prefer 2 over 1 (rhs bird not looking away) - slightly different processing? and 3.
    Sort of conditions that I also like being out with camera - and hope that there's some action - but not *too* far away :)

    Different people have different ideas of what a 'low' shot / angle is though - the vertical separation between the foreground pair and the bg one suggests (to me) that the pov could be lower, and with the gear the OP is using he could get closer to water level ... if desired.

    I just consider myself lucky that - less than a couple of yrs from the biblical No - I can still manage this action with relative ease.
