Aloha video gang!

I wanted to share a fairly recent property video creation. I shoot real estate (stills, video, 3D tours, aerial) all around the island, and I'm continually working to hone my craft. So far, I'm pretty happy with this one, and the seller seems to be as well.

This is my first sharing of a video on the forum, and I know there are some uber-shooters here, so I'm braced for the feedback. I'll go ahead and toss in my own critique right now - I wish I used a ND filter on the drone for the opening shot.

very nice job !! You also might want to look into matterport technology for 3d 360 tour videos - very cool ! jerryr

Mahalo, Jerry! I do have a Matterport camera, and have been LOVING the process of building 3D tour models. Currently, I'm pretty sure there are only 4 on this island, and I have one of them.

Excellent ! If you want to see some examples of Matterports - http://rkomediagroup.com/ - SmugMug and Wordpress site. RKO has an extremely successful business in Alabama using Drones, Hi-Res images and Matterports for real estate properties.

Excellent advice, thank you! I've started using timelapse more and more in these and it makes all the difference in the world.

Thank you, David! I just posted another, more recent vid in the forum. It has a more cinematic approach to it, which I'm continually exploring/learning.
