The little ad in the header bar

I see the Gift SmugMug ad is back in the header bar this year. I didn't care for the little ad in 2013, as I noted in this Dgrin thread, and I'm still displeased. It seems directly contrary to SmugMug's statement about photo website ads and spam being "Zip", "Zero", "Zilch", and "Nada". Yes, it's just there when I'm logged in. But it's on the photo website and it is an ad. It's more than Nada.

As in 2013, the following CSS will get rid of it.

.sm-page-header-navitem-gosm {display:none}

Still, there's a principle and commitment being skirted here. How many more ads will get snuck in?

It shows in the top line when you are logged in.
