Gallery content block has no delete option

Hi - I have a content block with the two folders I want on this page but also a content block that seems to be a gallery with no option to delete it from the page - I have tried "site wide" but it doesn't appear there ... help! I want to remove it ...

Look in the right flyout for it. Hover each item until the one on page highlights. You can delete it there.

Hi crockny, the link that you provided shows a gallery. You can't delete the gallery content from a gallery. If you just want to show a couple of folders, create a page in the organizer, then place a folders content block on it in the customizer.

I don't know what I've done differently this time - I want a hierarchy like this:

https://untamednewyork.smugmug.com/Galleries/Landscapes

Landscapes is a folder containing 4 galleries. I want Abstracts to be a folder containing 2 galleries and can't seem to do it, although I must have known how at some point!

You have a folder called Abstracts with the URL https://untamednewyork.smugmug.com/Galleries/Abstractstoo, and that folder contains 2 galleries.

Did you solve the problem after you posted, or am I looking in the wrong place?

No I didn't! In the organizer it looks like I have the same setup for Abstracts as, say, Landscapes. In the menu at the top, Landscapes has sublinks to 5 folders and when clicking on Landscapes I see my 5 thumbnails in a "folder, galleries, page" content block. I made such a content block for Abstracts but still have a gallery block that I can't get rid of ...

Ok - never mind - just solved it! This is so not user friendly ...
