HI folks.
I just down loaded a few of the .Csv files from the sales history page to hopefully setup a mail merge in Microsoft word. I was hoping one of the files would include my customers demographics. Very surprised that this info was not included as any of the fields in this data files!?!?
Unless I've missed something here... I'm going to spend an hr cutting and pasting to a spread sheet.
I'm really flabbergasted that this info is not in these files. Really,... all the $$ info is there but now I have to set up fields to link order numbers to customer orders?
Smugmug. Please fix this. Our Customers are the reason we are here. Please add those fields.

Hi Todd,
Can you please clarify which demographics you're looking for? We do provide two different CSV files, both full of information. One is the detailed CSV and the other is a summary CSV. The detailed CSV details every item you've sold. It contains line-by-line breakdowns of all your orders, but it doesn't give information that's common to every item (you'll find that in the summary CSV). In the Summary CSV there's a line for each order, but it does not get into details about what was IN the order.
You can see a column by column breakdown of the information in each CSV here:

Additional information would be a feature request as Tom suggested above.
