Soon we will push a breaking change that will remove the `ResponseLevel` from the Response root.
The `ResponseLevel` at this location is incorrect for responses that contain different ResponseLevels.
Instead, use the `ResponseLevel` from the individual response objects.
This change is planned to go live the week of December 5th.
