2nd macro attempt

i went at it again today, i think they turned out a little better. but i'm still learning. they'll be better once i get my reverse ring from B&H:D

    how's the 10D do metering through an extra chunk of glass in front of it? i'd guess fine, but just curious.

    them are some nifty shots.

    lol. to focus i just set both lenses to infinity and focus with my feet :) or in this case my hands....headscratch.gif

    Neat shots again :)
    BTW that's the focusing method I use for all my macro shots- preset it and move the camera.

    right, a typical method for close focusing in macro. I was refering to how the camera meters for exposure. As in, were you consistently dialing in some positive or negative EV if in A or S mode, or if in M were you over or underexposing?
