CSS error, second background on navbar flyout

Hi All,
I have my Navbar setup pretty much how I want it, however when I adjust the position of the Sub Navbar the first fly out appears to have a second background that does not align. I've attach a picture of what I mean. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Remove this:

.sm-page-widget-nav .sm-page-widget-nav-popover .yui3-menu, 
.sm-page-widget-nav .sm-page-widget-nav-popover .yui3-menu-children {
     background-color: rgba(51, 52, 52, 0.7);
     border-bottom: 2px solid #595959 ! important;
     border-radius: 20px;
     border-top: 1px solid #595959;
     margin: 0px 0px -27px ! important;
     padding: 5px 0px 5px 15px ! important;
}

Add this instead:

.sm-user-ui.yui3-menu-vertical .yui3-menu-children, 
.sm-user-ui .yui3-menu-vertical .yui3-menu-children, 
.sm-user-ui.yui3-menu-horizontal > .yui3-menu-children .yui3-menu-children, 
.sm-user-ui .yui3-menu-horizontal > .yui3-menu-children .yui3-menu-children {
    background: rgba(51, 52, 52, 0.7);
    border-bottom: 2px solid #595959;
    border-radius: 20px;
    border-top: 1px solid #595959;
    margin: 0 0 -27px;
    padding: 5px 0 5px 15px;
    }

    .sm-user-ui.yui3-menu-vertical,
    .sm-user-ui .yui3-menu-vertical {
        background:none;
        }
