Post photos

I am a newbie and would like to know how to post/add photos. I see one recent request on this thread with pretty much the same question. The one reply gave no instructions as to how. Are there any instructions or link to help newbies such as myself??

Smugmug recently changed to a different forum software. Since you are new, you need to have a set amount of posts before you can post pictures, links etc.
