Can Bay Photo do custom Traditional Canvas sizes?

I have a customer who wants a 16x48 Traditional Canvas, but the only size available in that aspect ratio from Bay Photo is 20x60 (too big). Can a custom size be ordered and if so how?

I found a page on Bay Photo's web site that indicates they can do custom sizes for some products, including one canvas product. I suspect you would need to order it directly through Bay since they indicate that the custom sizes are only available through Bay ROES.

Custom sizes like 16x48 would need to be ordered directly through Bay Photo.
