Nice cycling pan shot. Good choice of exposure. The slow shutter gives the nice background. I think the image needs some cropping off the top and straightening perspective alteration, though. These are often tough shots to get a decent keeper rate. You did alright.
EDIT: I was going to suggest straightening, but on further review I found the bottom of the wheels are even. The complicated background streaking at different angles made me suggest the perspective correction, if desired, because it appears the rider is traveling uphill, due to the oblique angle you shot from.

This was shot in Central Park and even though the road is at a slight uphill angle, the background had all sorts of up and downhills going on. Anybody familiar with Central park will know what I'm talking about. Its kind of hard to explain.
