Delete Coupon

How can I delete a coupon I created but haven't used yet? I created a "dollar off", but I really want an "at cost". I can't find a way to delete it, even though it hasn't been used yet. Or a way to make it "inactive" so I can create a new one with the same code name. Thanks!

from the help page Create and manage coupons:

To delete a coupon, expire it by setting the expiration date in the past.
