Length of time / number of posts before able to share links?

I'm at 10 posts but am not permitted. Is there a specific period of time or post number a member must reach?

Patience. We limit links for new members to deter spammer noise. The formula is top secret. If you need to refer to some specific site you can use a text version like MyPage dot MySite dot MyDomain and people will understand.
