Connection error

I can't upload of my photos - "connection error". It doesn't matter which method i try to use - dragging or browsing my computer. Frustrating - could you help, please?

    Upload problems are best troubleshooted on our HelpDesk. When you contact us on the HelpDesk, can you make sure that you use the email address on file for your account? Also include details on which browser version and operating system you use.
