change separator colour

Hi,
does anyone know how to change the colour of a separator line for a single page / across all pages? tried a few CSS ideas - but none worked...

Add this to your theme's CSS and change the color to suit:

.sm-user-ui .sm-page-widget-nav-popover.sm-page-widget-nav-horizontal.sm-page-widget-nav-toplinks-separator .sm-page-widget-nav-toplink {
    border-color: #f00;
    }
