Help improving

Hello,

Can you help me improve this photo?

I took it in a cemetary in Port Elizabeth tried to convert it to black and white but it doesn't really help.

Any suggestions?

    I am trying very hard to find a photoshop workshop in Johannesburg.

    I bought two books already, but find I don't have the enregry to learn from a book :(

    Viking, more or less what I did after I read the 'How To's

    I think now I should post it in the before and after to get some ideas on how to improve it more, if possible.... thumb.gif
