it/sec is a military training simulation convention or you can think of it as lots of big boy toys. My father is with a company and does government sateilite imaging for the flight sims and other things. so I had the chance to take the camera around the orlando convention center and this is all what I found. I also had the chance to try some of these neat but EXPENSIVE toys! :clap
Laser targeting weapons. real m16's modified to lasers.
now they had EVERY simulator you can imagen at this convention including.. yes crane simulators -
tanks-
heck! they even had a halo simulator. yet i dont know why this was in a all military convention.
this was cool- a real ejection/ seat. designed to make you feel what G-forces you were going thru, now it didnt simulate the ejection it had these straps that will pull down on u as if you were sinking and floating going thru G's, they had it all hooked thru a flight game sim. and to show how good and accurate it was there was 2 Navy Fighter pilots that were testing it out. on was buckled into the seat, blind folded and the other flu the plane. for about 5 minutes the blind folded pilot were able to tell the aircraft moves thru the seat.. example. "im in a role." "im in a downward" ext. nailing each one for 5 minutes.
the to top it off there is the robot with a gun on it. :uhoh

It's weird that photographers spend years or even a whole lifetime, trying to capture moments that added together, don't even amount to a couple of hours.
