I'm considering getting a reflector stand and multidisc reflector. anyone have any previous experience with amvona ?

I hear their customer service does not exist but prices are usually kept very low.

Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

I haven't even heard of them....but I know adorama has some great deals on multi-disc refelectors and such...I bet B/H does also..both these companies have been around for a very longtime.

Are their tripods the same thing? They seem to sell a ton of them on ebay, yet you never see them for sale much on the boards.

I bought a disk holder stand ( a light stand with wheels and a boom arm to hold the reflector) and am very pleased with it. Came with a very nice fitted bag to hold all the parts.

I would just look for a bogen manfrotto online. They're the best tripods. They'll last forever. In fact my friends bogen was run over by a car and it was fine afterwards.
