Gallery Display in SmugMug

I can't get my galleries to display using the theme I've created, they display against a black background like I'm back in the organizer section.

I've customized "all galleries" to use my theme & design, primarily a white background & lefthand Nav menu, but when I click on a gallery link from my nav menu it comes up on the page with the black background. It doesn't matter which display format I select either - SmugMug default, thumbnail, etc.

Adding a gallery to a page just shows the gallery link on that page, which if clicked opens on the same black background page.

I'm sure this isn't difficult...what am I doing wrong?

Please add a link to this gallery. We can only guess what's wrong.

Check your gallery settings and make sure that you don't have hide owner turned on. From the help page at http://help.smugmug.com/customer/portal/articles/93131-can-i-hide-the-account-owner-information-for-a-gallery-

Hide Owner will remove the nickname from your URL and make it completely SmugMug.
Your custom Banner will be replaced with the SmugMug banner. This will also remove all customization on the page.
Links to your homepage won't appear, only the gallery name will.

I just checked this on an unlisted gallery on my site. As soon as I set Hide Owner to ON the display flipped to a black background and a smugmug-style gallery. When I turned hide owner off I again saw my white background and collage style.

Thanks Denise that did the trick! Can't believe I turned that on - and on every gallery!
