Northern Hawk-Owl in Denmark

In winter some – normally a few - Northern Hawk-Owls visit Denmark for 4-5 months. I have followed one of this year's visitors in Kongelunden (a small wood close to Copenhagen) from November 22, 2016. The owl is day-flying and not very shy. It is my impression, that the owl's food here in Denmark is mice and only that.
It's hard – in any case to me – to capture the owl in flight, but I have got a few acceptable shots.

What a wonderful set of photos! I don't think I've seen shots like your owl eating photos before, very interesting to see him from the side. I can see the hawk resemblance when I look at the side shots.

Thank you very much for the comment. I have presented the hole set of eating-photos (22) to my 3 grandchildren - all 7 years old. The 2 boys said: "Phooey", the girl said: Oh no, that little cute mouse".
Great!
Thanks
Wow...an amazing series!
The "in flight" image is very well composed...puts you right in the moment.
Hope we see more from Kongelunden!!
