Border around Single Image Block

Can someone tell me the CSS for adding a border around a single image block as used on this page: https://philcorley.smugmug.com/Portfolio

    border: 5px solid #f00;
    }

Sorry Mike; I must be doing something wrong! Added to the Entire Site CSS block, but no borders are drawn around the images on that page.

Any ideas?

You should be adding it to your theme's CSS, not CSS block. Customizer > Entire Site > Theme > Active Theme. Click on the wrench. Go to 'Advance' got to the bottom, 'CSS'. Add it there.
