can bootstrap be used with smugmug?

Smugmug doesn't allow JS.

but how come the back to top button is js? or is it..I like the functionality of that I wish I could implement it to scroll down so I can use it instead of a jump button

JS is used behind the scenes, implemented by SmugMug - and that is a SmugMug button.
But it is not possible to add JavaScript customizations.

well I wish it was not so because this limits design. Unless someone knows hot to do this purely with html and css?
