My client cannot download her files on her gallery

My client is on an iPad and the download all arrow is not at the top of her gallery. I have logged out of my website and logged in as a guest and everything is working from my end. I do not know how to advise her. This is time sensitive, please help.

Edit: Resolved, can't do it on an iPad

    The Download All button delivers a ZIP file of all the photos, which is extremely difficult to open on phones and tablets, so we disable the button to prevent the frustration of not being able to open it.

    Whenever I need to do that, I hit the download all button and send the link myself. I think it's a lot less confusing that way. Just let your client know its a link to a zip file containing all the pictures and they can handle it however they want.
