Love at 50, an Anniversary shoot

these are my folks. We are celebrating their 50th in a couple of months and I had to talk them into doing a photo recreation of their portrait that was done just after their wedding. I did a first take that wasn't quite perfect, had to talk them into a retake..... I think the results paid off!

Thanks Mitchell. Amitg, I did not take the first one... that was done 50 years ago and I am 45......(the first being my parents just after their wedding day) they say it was a studio that offered an annual portrait deal they signed up for...

After having to talk my mom into both sittings, she saw this and decided to be vain... she wanted a 3rd take to change her dress of all things to hide her collarbones.... I took this new one last night, concentrating on the hand placement, working on my lighting a bit.... I think this one is a winner as well, offering the new shot up for comparison.
