Some files not transferred

The transfer process with Smugglr to SmugMug from Zenfolio is complete. Upon watching the process, some files were not transferred. Is there a way I can tell which photos were not transferred and why?

Perhaps you had file types among those photos that are not supported by SmugMug, so I would start there The accepted file types are .JPG, .GIF and .PNG for photos.

Thank you. I did find a few TIF files. Do you think in the future SmugMug will accept TIF files?

I'm sorry but we cannot say one way or the other if we will accept TIF files at some point in the future.
