Best way to create a stand-alone gallery from event "guest favorites"?

I often share my full wedding galleries with wedding vendors. They select/mark their faves and then want access to those files, to use for marketing (or whatever). The price list/settings for the FULL gallery will be very different from that of the vendor's "faves" gallery. What's the best and most efficient way to get all of the "guest faves" into a new/unique gallery, so that the guest has access to order/download only the files that they want, and with my specific "vendor" pricing? I hope that's clear :)

I love using the SmugMug lightroom plugin for this. If you're already using lightroom for editing/uploading it's even more powerful. Do a "Sync" with all your photos and the Lightroom plugin will know which photos in Lightroom are in SmugMug, then all of the favorites by the vendor go into a special gallery on SmugMug. You can sync that gallery back down to Lightroom. I'd then create a "Collection" in Lightroom with those photos, then use that to create a new gallery and publish the photos back up, with the new vendor pricing.
