Sharing to facebook

How would you share a page to facebook? The like button does not actually seem to do anything.

    Hi Ian,
    The share buttons content block allows visitors to your site to like your page. The like would be recorded on their Facebook.

    Visitors may also use the share panel button below a photo in a gallery to share that photo on Facebook. For details, see the share panel help page.

    If you'd like to share other pages, you could copy the link from your browser's address bar, go to Facebook and paste in the link there.
