Making sure logo and menu stays same spot relative to height

Hello everyone,
I'm having a problem with my logo and menu staying at the same spot on all devices. As it is right now, there is just a separator between the logo and the top, but that is a fixed pixel in height. I want it to be responsive, so that the text will always be in the same place on the photo, regardless of device. Any ideas? Website is https://mcarstensen.smugmug.com

Maybe unrelated, but I noticed you haven't enabled 'Collapse For Mobile' on your menu.
Can you post a screen shot of where you want it to be?
