nav bar problems

I created new folders to organize my client page by year by adding links to the nav bar...2017, 2016, 2015.... Unfortunately, Im running into 2 different problems. The drop down box, when hovering over the "client" link, show two sets of these years. Im also having trouble opening the client page on my smug mug app on my iPhone. It just spins....
Not sure if I explained this correctly....

Looks like you've added the sub-links manual AND added them like this:

Just remove either the manual links or select 'Include Sub-Links' to OFF.

For your other question, I don't own a mobile device, so I can't help, but I bet if you fix the first problem, the other may fix it.

the links are already on "OFF"... I tried to delete the links altogether and got an error..
Did I do it wrong?
